Talbot Ethnic Ministry Scholarship
The Talbot Ethnic Ministry Scholarship is funded by Biola in cooperation with a student’s church. It is awarded to Talbot students who minister 10+ hours/week in an official capacity in a church whose attendance consists of at least 60% Latino, African American, or Native American.
Applicants must be US Citizens or Permanent Residents and demonstrate need by filing a FAFSA.
- Amount: 1/3 of tuition provided by Biola, 1/3 of tuition provided by student’s church, 1/3 of tuition provided by student. Available as funds last.
- Deadlines: Current Students – May 1 (for Fall) and October 15 (for Spring) New Students – July 1 (for Fall) and December 1 (for spring). Students who apply after the deadline may still be considered as funds are available.
- Eligibility: Student must complete the application and upload a completed Church Sponsorship Form.
- Renewal: Student must re-apply each semester
